I built on a multi-tenant agentic platform at Wamo. Document RAG uses OpenSearch and Neptune. A planner coordinates agents with 63 service adapters. Real-time chat runs on AWS Lambda and Step Functions.

BlueSky AI is a multi-tenant platform for enterprise AI automation. Documents parse, chunk, and embed into OpenSearch with BM25 retrieval. Neptune knowledge graphs support cited QA. A planner/runner coordinates agents with three-tier memory. Proactive agents wake on schedules to monitor and act. I owned adapter patterns, ingestion flows, and the Next.js UI with WebSocket chat, marketplace, and voice interface.
Owned agent orchestration, service adapter integrations, and the operator UI from RAG pipelines through AWS serverless deployment.

PE firms lose billable hours to manual timesheet entry and scattered calendar data. BillPilot syncs Google and Microsoft calendars, runs approval workflows, and generates rate-based invoices from a multi-tenant AWS SAM backend.
Cattle health records still live in paper notebooks across LATAM farms. Cattle Verify digitizes RFID field encounters, QR packaging traceability, and immutable compliance exports in a Capacitor PWA with 90%+ offline usage.
User-reported bugs often lack reproducible evidence for engineering teams. Verity runs Playwright in AWS Lambda to capture screenshots, JS errors, and API failures, then deduplicates and scores issues before GitHub triage.
