Community project while still at university, addressing accessibility in mental health support. Users chat with a Dialogflow-powered bot for judgment-free immediate assistance, browse curated articles, and book verified professionals when ready. The design challenge was warmth over clinical coldness, plus training intents for sensitive conversations and crisis edge cases. Early conversational AI before LLM agents were mainstream.
