DRC miners often wait weeks for fair payment with no proof of ore quality. PowerLink Mining is an offline-first PWA with AI ore verification, M-Pesa and Airtel payouts, and Celo chain-of-custody on AWS SAM in af-south-1.

Field platform connecting Congo miners to fair markets at Wamo. Ore intakes include geofencing and fraud checks. AI verifies quality from variable field photos. Mobile-money payouts run idempotently via M-Pesa and Airtel webhooks with DLQ retries. Celo Merkle anchoring produces tamper-evident custody records. The PWA uses IndexedDB and service workers for 2G/3G reliability with French, Swahili, and Lingala UI.
