Healthcare wellness orgs rely on Power BI for metrics but lack governed change workflows. WellByte merges DAX-fetched Power BI org data with PostgreSQL approval states, Auth0 RBAC, Redis caching, and audit trails.

Reporting API layering governance on Power BI as source of truth at Wamo. Express fetches org data via DAX queries cached in Redis, merges PostgreSQL workflow state for change requests and metrics overrides, and serves approved overlays to Angular. RBAC lives in permissions.json with field-level edits. Every action writes to audit logs. I owned the merge logic, approval flows, and threaded metric messaging.

I built on a multi-tenant agentic platform at Wamo. Document RAG uses OpenSearch and Neptune. A planner coordinates agents with 63 service adapters. Real-time chat runs on AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
