Customer Connect CRM
I built Customer Connect CRM to learn org-chart software, not another todo app. Three roles (admin, manager, sales rep) get JWT-gated dashboards with pipelines and reports matched to how each persona works.

Overview
This was my deepest MERN business-domain build before client work and AI products. Admins control users and settings. Managers see team pipelines and aggregated reports. Sales reps manage their own customer touchpoints, all behind role-based access with JWT-scoped API routes. RBAC patterns clicked here and became the foundation for every later full-stack project I shipped.
Role
Solo engineer for database schema, API, three role-specific dashboards, and Vercel deployment.
Scope
Admin user onboarding and permissions; sales rep interaction logging and deal stage management; manager pipeline forecasts and team reports, all behind JWT auth with role-scoped API routes.
