Users search by service type, view provider ratings, book appointments, and track status with geolocation-based matching for nearby Karigers. Built on MERN with real-time updates across the booking journey. Delivered as a functional marketplace for real users, not a portfolio mock.

I built Customer Connect CRM to learn org-chart software, not another todo app. Three roles (admin, manager, sales rep) get JWT-gated dashboards with pipelines and reports matched to how each persona works.
